1. Graduate Apprenticeship

Discipline
i) Mechanical Engineering
ii) Automobile Engineering
Educational Qualification: i) Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University/Institution in relevant subject.
ii) Graduation examination from professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.
Consolidated Salary: 9000/- per month.
2. Technician (Diploma) Apprenticeship
No. of vacancies: 177 no
Discipline
i) Mechanical Engineering
ii) Automobile Engineering
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or Technology from a recognized Council/Board/University/Institution in relevant discipline.
Consolidated Salary: 8000/- per month Rs.
From candidates only Tamil Nadu States are eligible to apply.
Note:-
i) Candidates who have passed Graduation/Diploma in Engineering in 2020, 2021 and 2022 are eligible to apply for Apprentice Training only.
ii) Candidates who have already completed or are undergoing apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973, and/or have experience of one year or more are not eligible to apply.
Selection of candidates: Candidates will be selected on the basis of preliminary prescribed eligibility and percentage of marks obtained in certificate verification. Certificate verification will be held First/Second week of January 2023. Candidates have to appear for certificate verification at Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR), Chennai.
Apprenticeship Training Board (SR) is interested in shortlisting from online application data. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in the preliminary prescribed qualification applicable to the concerned
Discipline shortlisted candidates will be notified through their registered email id. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for certificate verification at Chennai.
The exact date, time and venue of the examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course and such information will also be available on the official website of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) Limited.
