BSF Tradesman Recruitment Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation (Class 10) or equivalent pass and 02 years of working experience in the respective trades OR one-year certificate course from ITI with at least one year of working experience in the trade OR Two years Diploma from ITI in the trade.
- Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Between 18yrs – 23 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for the OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
- Pay Scale: 21,700/- to 69,100/-
BSF Tradesman Recruitment Selection Process 2024
The selection process for the BSF Constable Tradesman Recruitment includes several stages. Firstly, candidates undergo a Physical Standards Test (PST) involving a 1-mile race, high jump, and long jump, which are qualifying in nature. Following this is the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) where height, weight, and chest measurements are assessed. Subsequently, candidates undergo document verification, followed by a Trade Test.
