Artificial Intelligence has been introduced by CBSE in New Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Along with this, subjects like coding will also be taught quickly. Also, the board will provide information on Data Science for Class 8 and ‘What You Need to Know About Keeping Medicines at Home’ for Class 6. Proficiency subjects are also now being introduced for students of classes VI to VIII. Till now most of the schools used to teach students skills after class 9th.
Microsoft will prepare coding syllabus
The board has listed 33 topics, including artificial intelligence, financial literacy, coding, data science, augmented reality, Kashmiri embroidery and Covid-19. This module is 12-15 hours in duration. Schools have been told that 70 percent of these subjects should be spent on practical and 30 percent on theory. Schools can also use ‘bagless days’ or times like vacations or summer camps to teach skills modules.
CBSE Board Results are now available on DigiLocker
After the release of CBSE Board 10th and 12th results, students will be able to check the results on DigiLocker apart from the official site. For which students need to register themselves in DigiLocker first. After that, students can visit DigiLocker’s official website – digilocker.gov.in and click on the ‘Sign Up’ button. Then students click on the ‘Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)’ tab under the “Education” tab. Now students will enter their CBSE roll number, date of birth and other required details. After entering the required details, click on the ‘Get Result’ button. Now the CBSE Board Result will be displayed on your screen. You can download and save a copy of your result for future reference.
