UGC NET 2023 June Cycle Registration Starts Today: Application process for University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test 2023 will start from today. Candidates who want to appear for the June cycle of UGC NET can apply by visiting the official website as soon as the application link becomes active. To do this, the official website address is- ugcnet.nta.nic.in, we tell you that the National Testing Agency conducts the UGC NET exam twice a year. The exam is held in the months of June and December. Through this examination, candidates qualify for the post of Junior Research Fellow or Assistant Professor.

Application for UGC NET June cycle will start from today i.e. 10th May 2023, Wednesday and last date to apply for them is 31 May 2023, Candidates already fill the online application form. This exam will be organized in the month of June. Exam dates are from 13th June to 22nd June 2023.

How much is the application fee?

To apply for UGC NET Exam 2023, General category candidates have to pay a fee of Rs.1100. General – EWS, OBC – NCL category candidates have to pay Rs.550 as fee. Fee for SC, ST, PWD and Transgender candidates is Rs.275.

What will be the exam pattern

UGC NET exam will be held for 83 subjects. The exam will be in CBT mode and the exam will have two papers. One paper will be general and one subject specific paper. The medium of examination can be Hindi or English. Plus 2 marks will be awarded for correct answers when there is no negative marking.

What is the age limit?

Age should not be more than 30 years to apply for Junior Research Fellow in UGC NET Exam. Age will be calculated from 1 December 2022 onwards. Reserved category will get age relaxation. There is no upper age limit for the post of Assistant Professor. Any candidate can apply.
