Eligibility Criteria for Durgapur Projects Limited Recruitment 2024
(1) Director (Finance).
Eligibility:- Candidates must be Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) / 02 years full-time PGDM (Finance).
Experience:- Candidates should have at least 25 years of relevant experience with 10 years at senior management level in finance and accounts functions in a large engineering concern / power utility / manufacturing concern / CPSU, /PSU / reputed private sector organization Executive Director (Finance)/ Finance Controller/ General Manager (Finance) / Minimum 02 years in Chief Financial Officer or equivalent post. Experience in power sector is desirable.
Age Limit:- Maximum age is 62 years.
(2) Assistant Manager
Eligibility:- 1) a. Candidates should have degree in Mining Engineering/AMIE from any institution approved/recognized by UGC, AICTE.
b. Diploma in Mining Engineering from an institution recognized by State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development/AICTE
2) Valid First Aid Certificate issued by St. John’s Ambulance Association of India.
3) Medical fitness (both physical and mental) from a physician with a minimum MBBS degree and registered with the Medical Council of India.
4) A certificate from some person of general good conduct and good reputation as an antecedent of the candidate.
Experience: a) 02 years qualifying experience in coal mining preferably in open-cast coal mining.
b) 05 years working experience in coal mines, preferably in open-cast coal mines.
Age Limit:- Maximum age is 55 years.
Pay structure
- Director (Finance):- Rs. 1,56,500/- to Rs.2,10,800/-
- Assistant Manager:- Rs. 63,000/- per month

Selection Process for Durgapur Projects Limited Recruitment 2024
Selection for the above mentioned posts will be done through a Personal Interview (PI).
Applicant working in Govt/Semi-Govt/PSU/Autonomous organization must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by his employer at the time of interview.
No TA or other expenses will be admissible to the candidates appearing for the interview.
