WBPSC FOOD SI Recruitment 2024 process for 480 Sub-Inspector Posts in Food Department through Public Service Commission (PSC) faced many problems. People said that the exam questions were leaked before the exam. The exam was held on March 16 and 17 But, even before it started, it was claimed that the questions were out on social media like Telegram and WhatsApp. A few were arrested in Siliguri because they were believed to have taken pictures of the questions and circulated them.
Because of this complaint, some have asked Calcutta High Court to cancel the exam. Hon’ble Justice Rajashekhar Mantha asked the CID (Criminal Investigation Department) to look into the matter. The judge also said not to publish the results or make any appointments until the investigation is over. The CID has to submit the report by May 22.
